The exhibition media day unveiled an upgraded Yellow River Hydro-Internal Combustion Engine Traction Train, which once again set a new record for low wind resistance design in the heavy truck industry with its 0.286 coefficient of drag. This milestone in autonomous intelligent manufacturing indicates that vehicles will achieve about 15% energy efficiency improvement during long-distance transportation. In addition, active air intake grilles, electronic rearview mirrors, hidden door handles, and over 20 other active and passive aerodynamic technologies help the entire vehicle to further break through the limits of low wind resistance.

It is reported that in the past 20 years, Sinotruk has attached great importance to the international market, making strategic layout and persistent cultivation, accumulating rich experience. According to statistics, Sinotruk products have been exported to over 150 countries and regions, with a total of over 600,000 heavy trucks exported. It has established nearly 1,000 dealerships and 80 overseas offices around the world, forming a global marketing and service network.
At the auto show, the Sinotruk powered by hydrogen fuel cell system, electric drive axle, vehicle control system and gearbox control system developed by China Heavy Duty Truck independently attracted a lot of attention. The truck has a range of up to 1,200 kilometers and zero carbon emissions throughout the journey. It applies an integrated two-speed electric drive axle, with two sets of 275kW flat wire permanent magnet synchronous motors on each axle, with a system efficiency of up to 94.5%. The maximum total power is 1,100kW, the maximum wheel-end torque is 860,000N. m, and the driving mode can be selected automatically/manually according to the driving conditions, meeting the requirements of various transport scenarios and truly achieving the zero-carbon strategy in logistics transportation.
In addition to hydrogen energy, the Sitrak electric drive bridge tractor that meets the main line logistics transportation scenario has also made a breakthrough. The vehicle adopts modular integration, vehicle-electric integration design, equipped with Ningde Times 600kWh CTB lithium iron phosphate power battery, the driving range of up to 450km. With three motor configuration, the power can reach 825kW, the maximum output torque of the vehicle is 75000N. m, the transmission efficiency is more than 94.5%, the power is strong, and the endurance is worth-free.
In addition to the above three models, HOWO Tongshuai pure electric light truck and Bolden pickup truck, among other popular models, have also attracted global attention in the commercial vehicle industry. These models cover a range of sub-markets, including heavy trucks, light trucks, and light vehicles, showcasing China Heavy Duty Trucks’ diverse product line and strong market competitiveness.
